Lagovista Loft is situated in one of the original buildings within the walls of this extraordinary little village. Lagovista Loft is adjacent to Casa Lagovista. The proximity of the two apartments is perfect for two groups traveling together to share the space and at the same time enjoy the privacy needed while traveling.

The expansive, open concept, top-floor apartment offers spectacular views. West facing views from the kitchen and living room area dance you across the ancient village rooftops. East facing views from the bedroom call you to the breathtaking views of the soft, lush greenery and out to the historic Lake Trasimeno.

In 2012, a well thought-out and creative renovation took place. The result was a total transformation of the 1,000 square foot space. We maintained the beauty of the originality all the while updating the space to serve today's traveler. The entire back wall is original stone with cathedral ceiling, sky light and custom designed oversized windows allowing the ever-changing hues of the Italian sky to saturate this beautiful space hour by hour. The kitchen is state-of-the-art, equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay: range with oven, dishwasher, washing machine for your laundry and every utensil you will need to create your own Italian feast while dining at a pub height table that seats 8 comfortably.

Three industrial sized ceiling fans and under-floor heating elements insures your comfort no matter the season. The oversized bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, easy access closet and views from the bedroom windows of the soft landscape and lake. The "American style" bathroom with a glassed -in shower makes you feel right at home.

A little extra comfort while you are away is provided by the installation of Sky Dish providing you with news, sports and a high definition channel.
